Who am I? My name is Christine So – more commonly known as Phoenix when online. I am a female Asian American living and working in NYC.

I studied Marketing Management for three years in my first college and finished up my last year in a second college, studying Business Marketing. Today, I find myself working as a Graphic and Web Designer for an international Digital Production and Web Service company…

The Lesson? Always have a backup.

Coincidentally, my business training allows for some valuable insight into my design work. Practical meets aesthetics.  Number crunchers meets Apple-hipsters. Marketing department meets sales team… It’s just a field day in my head.

What else? I run a fairly successful Anime Graphic site called The Forgotten Lair – which has been around since December of 2003. It is currently in the number one spot when searching for the words “Anime Graphic(s)” on Google in North America.
